Frequently Asked Questions

Who provides article ideas? You can provide the specific subject matter for your articles, or you can give us an idea of what you want in your articles, and we'll create the specific content that will work on your website or blog.

What is easy, breezy content? Easy, breezy content is shorter than foundational content. It is well-written content that you will use to simply pique the interest of readers, giving them just enough information to create interest so they can click out to your intended website.

What is foundational content? Foundational content, also known as cornerstone content, is a more detailed article that consists of content likely to be found only on your website. Foundational content often requires more pointed research, and it ultimately helps establish your site as an authority on a subject matter.

Who provides keywords? If you're not sure of keywords, we'll provide those as well at an additional fee of $5 per article. We generally use one primary and one secondary keyword per article for well-rounded content.

What about keyword density? Our keyword density is generally 2-5% per article using both primary and secondary keywords, depending on your intended use of the article.

For example, if you order a 400-word article, and you want to use it for mainly link juice purposes (i.e., you'll use it to place in article directories, on your blog, in your company newsletter, in forums, etc.), we'll go for approximately 4-5% keyword density. In this case, if your primary keyword is Dallas Foreclosures and your secondary keyword is Dallas Housing, we'll use Dallas Foreclosures approximately ten times in the article, and we'll use Dallas Housing approximately six times in the 400-word article. Combined, this will yield a keyword density of 4%.

However, if you want us to write foundational content, or "cornerstone" content, for your website with a lower keyword density, say 2%, we'll use the primary keyword, Dallas Foreclosures, four times in the 400-word article, and the secondary keyword, Dallas Housing, four times in the 400-word article. This will yield a 2% keyword density for that foundational content article.

Who will ultimately own the articles your company writes for me and my company? Full rights to the articles we write for you and your company are granted. You can rebrand the articles, rewrite them, sell them to your clients, mark up our rates to your clients, etc.

How long will it take to get my articles? Turnaround time depends on the number of articles requested, but generally assignments are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on our schedule and your needs.

In what format will you deliver my articles? We will send your articles to you via email as a Microsoft Word attachment. If the articles are short, we can even paste them into the body of an email if you'd prefer.

Do you provide HTML-coded articles? Yes, upon request. HTML-coded articles incur an additional charge of $35 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. The length of time charged depends on the complexity of the coding required and the number of articles ordered.

Will you upload my articles to my website or blog? No, we do not handle article uploading re: several different platforms exist on the internet. We will send your articles to you via email as a Microsoft Word attachment. If the articles are short, we can even paste them into the body of an email if you'd prefer.
